Mel has been Partner in-Charge of Design. He is typically responsible for day-to-day management and acts as the liaison with clients during the programming and design development stages. Mel will also be intimately involved with the design process, from conceptual to detailed design, ensuring that it is consistent with the needs of all stakeholders.

Mel has been a member of the Ontario Association of Architects and the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada for the past twenty four years.
